Home Move - New Broadband Hub being delivered but asked to exchange SkyQ box

I have a home move booked, transferring both SkyQ and Broadband - unable to get same broadband at new address so this was changed. It says on the order a new broadband hub and conversion kit are being delivered but then I also received an email saying when courier delivers my item to give them my SkyQ box (as an exchange). Confused as if I give them my SkyQ box I wont have one for TV, and will be left with the new broadband hub and an old broadband hub (that wont work).  Calling got me nowhere.
Should it be the broadband hub Im returning? Or is there a separate thing I cant see online where they are issuing a new SkyQ box too?

@SG33

There's an error there somewhere. You need to take your current Sky Q box with you to the new address (presumably it's not faulty), along with leads and remotes.

@SG33 how very confusing. Unfortunately as we're only customers here we don't know what Sky want returned. If you post an image of the letter (with any personal information obscured) we may be able to shed some light on it. Otherwise I,think you'll have to contact Sky.
