Duplicate admin fee

Hi, I have two admin fees of £10 being charged because I did not think I renewed my contract properly (did not get confirmation message / email) so did it again the second day and now I’m being charged two admin fees for the same thing. Is there a way to remove the second charge? Thanks

While the admin fee can not be removed they might apply a £10 credit to cover for one of them but to see if this is what they will do you will have to call them.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
