You can downgrade here as we are customers heer who help each other so you need to get in touch with Sky support so you can either call them or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "Yes, I still need help" at the bottom of the page.

You can also have the option to manage your package yourself via the my sky app. Just download pop your details into this app and you should manage to add / remove varies packages you have on here without phoning or using anything else 😃
