Double payment

I got an email saying my direct debit failed so i paid £30 manually and then it turns out however many hours later it hadn't actually failed, therefore took out another £30 - I kinda need that back for other bills

Are yiou sure that email was from Sky, did it address your actual name ?

When you see a £30 credit on your account then give Sky a call as they should be able to refund it for you.
