Double payment

So it seems my alt account won't accept direct debit from my account when it was originally set up that way. I have now paid twice for this month so would like a refund for the overpayment! How do I do this?

Once your Sky account shows a credit balance we can help with arranging a refund.

Do you see a credit on your account as it is this we can arrange some help for you to get it refunded so let us know when you see this,
