Double charged

Hi I made a manual payment to cover my phone bill for the month and yous are trying to charge me again

Just to point out we are customers here who help each other.

 

This has happened as you made the manual payment when there is no need to as Sky's terms and conditions do state that you must have a payment setup so payment can be taken from it.

 

Now you have made this payment it should appear as a credit that can either be left to be used to pay your next bill or it can be refunded and help of which can be arranged via here if you would like and if you do can you confirm you see a credit on the account.

Hi @Fitzy7   Do not make manual payments unless requested by Sky. Your manual payment has gone as a credit towards your June bill. The May bill still needs to be paid.
