Double Charged in April?

IMG_4084.jpeg

Hi

I have tried to contact Sky but I haven't had any luck. Looking through my finances I can see that I have been billed twice in April..

How do I go about getting a refund or an explanation?

Thank you all

Did you change your payment date?

@ThomasBrachio

Was one of those April payments a manual payment which wasn't needed?

No, I believe the May payment would also be around the 15th if this was the case. Hmm

Re: Double Charged in April?

I don't remember making a manual payment to Sky, I tend to just let the monthly payments come out 😕

@ThomasBrachio

When is your normal payment date? Those dates are all over the place, on Thursday 5/03, Thursday 9/04, Wednesday 15/04 and Thursday 7/05.

Does seem unusual.  If it doesn't match your bills then definitely give Sky a call...  (We can't see your billing)

Re: Double Charged in April?

There wasn't but I have checked a different part of the platform/ app and I can see that there was a 'refund' - it went unnoticed by me.

weird that my payment date is changing per month now though.

thank you all, my mistake

@ThomasBrachio The first April DD payment would have been delayed due to Easter bank holidays.
