Hi, I've just set my mum up to change from Virgin Media to Sky. It did say that everything would be dealt with for the change over so she wouldn't need to contact Virgin herself but I've seen other things saying it doesn't cancel the TV only the broadband could someone please confirm what is correct?Thanks

You are correct, the broadband/talk with Virgin will be cancelled but not the TV as it is up to the account holder to contact Virgin to do this.
