Docusign email in my junk mail

I've just ordered sky for my home move and thought I had signed my contract document through the app. Would Sky use Docusign to get a signature or is this a scam

@Shinetop  Have you ordered something on credit such as a Mobile Device or a Gkass TV?   If yes that would show in your message centre.  If not then it's most likely a scam email as broadband, TV & Mobile data plans you don't need to sign anything.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Docusign email in my junk mail

Hi

Yes I have ordered sky glass, broadband and full tv package. I'm sure I went through the 'sign agreement' section but it doesn't actually ask for a signature just that by clicking on sign it's done.

Am reluctant to click on the DocuSign email in case it is a problem scam. Thank you for your help
