Disney+

I currently pay £14.99 on my Sky bill for Disney+

I can't work out how to cancel this and get the free version.  I've gone into my Disney+ account which sends me back to Sky.  I've tried going into my Sky and doing it from there but I get a message to say I'm almost there but they're experiencing a high demand with a MYSKY_2010 error code.  Any help would be much appreciated.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
