Disney +

Hi I have Disney + through My sky account but it is not allowing me to log in. I've checked my Disney account and it states no active subscription but I get it free with my sky package

@Billtaplin  Disney + is not availble on a Sky+HD biox, where you have posted, it has no apps so you can't be having this issue on this tyoe of box, therefore please can you advise which TV service you really have.  Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
