Hello 

I am trying to get my head around the Disney+add on to Sky's subscriptions. In my defence, I am tired and the brain is a little fuzzy.

I have "Sky Ultimate TV, sky entertainment with Netflix, I also have Sky Cinema, do I need to pay anymore. on my subscription ?

I did ring Sky, but I'm not sure if they understood what I was asking. I have already paid £4,did I need to do that, and if not how to I get a refund ?
