Disney + subscription charged twiced

I get disney + in my package but am getting billed for the same app, how doI solve it and get a refund if applicable.

Hi @pizza-man   It is not clear, are you saying you are being charged twice by Sky, or by both Sky and Disney+?

Sorry for that, sky mkt place disney+ has been taking 8.99 a mth from my account the last 4 mths, I didn't realise I get it free with skyQ, as I thought my wife canceled it. I went to watch Disney with grand kids, it said I needed to resubscribe, which I did. Now I realise I was subscribed all along through skyQ.

@pizza-man Disney+ is not free with Sky Q you are thinking of Discovery+ which is free with Sky Q

Hi @pizza-man   Are you sure, I thought it was an add-on (marketplace) and not a package inclusion. Ignoring the marketplace add-on, how is it itemised on your subscription bill? I personally subscribe annually (to save money) direct with Disney+.

My wife is the main account holder, I am a family member, I'll wait and contact skyQ tomorrow, I can see my lack of knowledge in this can be frustrating, thanks very much for the attempted help to get answers it is very much appreciated.
