My sky account is on hold due an outstanding payment. Rang Sky but they said I need to contact Disney. Contact Disney and they say only can be done with Sky. I'm stuck, no one seems to want to help

In the Mysky app on a phone or tablet.
Go to the TV section, then My Bill section, there will be a section listed Marketplace, under that click on View subscriptions.
