Hi,
I switched to another provider from Sky in Oct last year.
There is a credit on my bill which I would like to get refunded, but I can't see any options to do this when logged in.
Any help greatly appreciated 🙂

thanks, but I have moved away from Sky broadband to another provider, not to Sky
