Disney+ payment
Hi. I am being charged for disney+ as a separate subscription, however I received an email on 17 March saying it was now included in my general Sky subscription. Please can this be reviewed.

Re: Disney+ payment
@KatieS2 you need to link your Sky and Disney + subscriptions. It doesn't happen automatically. See Sky's help here, or follow the instructions in the email Sky sent you: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/existing-disneyplus-customers-third-party

Are you paying for the basic Disney plus with ads though Sky market place, if so from what I understand that should have been changed to the free service as part of your Sky entertainment package without further activation as you would activated it though Sky when you started you subscription thigh Sky Marketplace . Also if you have a higher tier Disney plus again though Sky market place your monthly subscription should have automatically reduced to take account of new discount. Only if you had a Disney plus account direct with Disney plus or with another provider you will need to activate now via your Sky box or the my Sky app. Accounts with other providers other than direct Disney plus need to be cancelled before activating on Sky. However if for some reason and there has been a few I have herd about recently, if you are Sky Q customer and your Disney plus is been on you main Sky bill you need to contact Sky customer services and get this removed and then activate it though Disney plus app on your Sky box or though my Sky app. Depending on who you speak to on there some advisers are saying you need to give 30 notice. This is incorrect as you are not cancelling a service just getting it changed to what has been promised by Sky and should have happened automatically in mid March Therefore it needs to be removed from you main Sky tv bill immediately and also I think a credit should be given for period from when the new deal started to when it was removed from Sky bill, as this period as you should have either been free or discounted to all eligible Sky customers from the start date of the deal
