Have actually activated  it on your Sky box or via my Sky app by pressing the "get" button, not just logging in to a exsting account?

Only the lowest tier (with ads) is included, worth £5.99pm.

 

Sounds you have have an upgrade to standard which is £4pm extra...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@webbfamily have you activated Disney+ with Sky? Disney+ with ads is free of charge with Sky if you have an eligible viewing package.
