Disgruntled member

I paid by card and at the time bill showed clear now after 3 hours speaking to customer service they say they can't find my payment even after I have provided bank reference and screenshot payment made 19/05/2026

Does this payment appear on your Sky bill ?

Making manual payments (instead of letting automatic ones take when necessary) can be problematic.

 

That manual payment may not be credited against the current bill and will be a credit against the next month, thus not stopping the automatic collection.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Services not restricted but bill still showing unpaid and my card payment not showing on bill

But the card payment isn't showing on the bill and no credit towards next bill
