Changes to subscription

I received an email in Feb to explain I would be receiving price increases and sky were building extra value in to my package and adding on Disney and HBO max - I've not been able to set this up myself and every time I try and do it through my sky tv it says I have to pay. How do I add these on for free like the email suggests
