Discussion topic:Sky VIP tenure back to 0 years

I have been with Sky for a few years, and recently, I changed my email address and password. After doing this, my Sky VIP tenure reset to 0 years, and I can’t access rewards on the My Sky app. I reported this via Facebook, but they just told me to call Sky. I did that, and they said they would get it fixed, but so far, I have not received any contact from them regarding a solution. Is there anyone who could help me resolve this issue? Thanks in advance.
