In that case it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at these links:~

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.
edit: @TD1234 and your duplicate thread has been removed.

If your not comfortable calling you can use Sky's messaging service to negotiate linked below. It shows as cancelling Sky but you can use this service to renegotiate your Sky TV package.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv
Scroll down to 'Still need a hand' and click on 'yes, I need help' which will bring up a message us option.
Not open today but possibly back tomorrow.
