I have activated Disconery + on my iphone, all logged in but cannot get it to work on my TV?

I contacted Sky, told me to download updated software, all ok now.

have you tried rebooting the device by turning it off at the plug, waiting at least 30 seconds then turning it back on. This resolved my initial discovery+ plus after i activated on my stream.
