Discounts

If I was to add on sky sports and sky broadband to my account how much discount could I get. I know other sky users have the same package as me but are getting it a lot cheaper which is not fair ta person that has been loyal to sky for nearly 25 years

They may be new customers whereas you're not. Better discounts are offered to new customers as an incentive for them to join.

If your discounts have ended contact Sky to negotiate a new one and discuss discounts for Sky Sports and Broadband/Talk.

Sky are likely to offer a better deal if you're prepared to move away from Sky+.

No-one here can tell you that, but note discounts are much less likely if you insist on retaining legacy Sky+

Length of service has never related to pricing: the best discounts are always to attract new users and to incentivise existing customers to migrate onto current hardware.
