I have received a telephone call today offering a discount. All my services for £49.99 a month instead of £78. Is this real?

If this caller did not ask for your telephone password then it was not a call from Sky so what information did you give them ?

Re: Discount
If all you have them was an email address then look out for emails that say they are from Sky that probably will not be, the kind of emails you might get are ones that ask for to click a link to keep your account open and ones like this. If you are unsure then just post back here as we can advise you about the legitimacy of the email.
If you use the email address as a login to your account and if you haven't already you might want to enable two factor authentication and if you do keep the recovery code someone safe.

No, it's not.
Change the password on your account as a precaution. (Especially if it's shared with other sites)
