Discount on account

Hi I would like a discount on my account due to not having not broadband internet for nearly 2 weeks I will not be paying the full amount as that is un fair

Once your internet issues have been fixed you would be able to have auto compensation by the way of a credit as per this added to your account:

  1. You experience a Total Loss of Service - Your service stops working completely and isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first tell us of the fault, (this does not include intermittent issues), this is payable at a rate of £9.33 per day until the fault is fixed.

@Kerriep  You may be entitled to automatic compensation from the date you reported it and only once it's fixed as per the link below

And will not give the result you are looking for.  No one here is going to advise doing this...
