Discount not applied

I signed up to Sky broadband 6 months ago for Broadband. I was given a deal of broadband at €30 a month for the first 12 months and €60 a month for the remaining 6 months of the 18 month contract. I moved house recently and my new bill does not have the €30 discount applied, just a €5 in contract discount. Anyone any idea on how to resolve?

"Moving home will not impact your TV contract, it will continue as normal.

If you have phone and broadband however, this will be a new contract as we have to cancel the line at the current address and take a new one in the new address."


This might explain why the previous discounts have stopped.
