Hi,
my dd failed at the beginning of the month as my bank account was frozen. I changed my direct debit details to a new bank but due to it being too late I was advised this would take affect as of next month so I paid the missed payment by card.
I've now had a notification from my bank to say sky is taking a direct debit tomorrow, but I've already paid the month?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhat should happen is the payment you made will appear on your account so can either be left then it will be used to pay your next bill or if you prefer it can be refunded to you.

I unfortunately don't have the funds to pay it again so it will most likely fail? What will happen then
