Direct debit

I'm a new customer to sky and have not gone live yet, however I have just received two emails saying sky have set up direct debit and thought duplicate email. However I have checked my bank and two direct debits have been set up and don't know why, why two different direct debits.

Re: Direct debit

I got broadband included in the £41 and try think sky have split the account into two as just noticed I have two account numbers, very confusing it looks like one direct debit is £39.99 and the other £1.01

Yeah so that is why you have 2 direct debits.

TV and broadband are separate services, are regulated differently and have different T&Cs which is the reason you will have 2 bills as one covers TVs the other covers broadband.

Unfortunately, Sky's marketing on these bundle deals of TV with Broadband is quite confusing as it doesn't make it clear that they are treated as 2 different services/accounts
