Direct debit not taken

My direct debit first payment was meant to be taken out my account 24 hours ago and it's still not been taken out my account/card 

 

 

do anyone know why? Or have any explanation

As long as the funds are available it should be taken soon and as soon as this starts to happen your Sky account will show it as being paid.

The first direct debit payment may be delayed, depending on now long it takes Sky and your bank to process the instruction.

 

I've recently had a first payment (not for Sky) deducted on 3 October, for a scheduled date of 26th monthly. 

 

Don't make a manual payment yourself, unless Sky ask you to.
