Direct debit issues

I got charged a late fee my direct direct keeps reversing and not getting paid on time not my fault

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

Have you spoken to your bank and asked them why this is happening (presumably there are sufficient funds available for the payment)?

@Liane1 the late payment fee is charged automatically if Sky don't receive payment on time. You need to find out from your bank why payments are being reversed. The most likely reason is insufficient funds.
