Direct debit fortnightly

We are a new customer and you have set the DD as £20 fortnightly, I've already paid twice since joining in December, please amend and credit overpayment

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Sky bills are monthly not fortnightly.

 

Have you checked the bill dates? Does it cover longer that the normal month? The first couple of bills are generally higher due to the dates they cover. Check future bills to see if that is the amount you're expecting.

If you are new to Sky then you will pay 2 bills in the first month, First bill after roughly 14 days and then next bill roughly 14 days later for the month ahead

 

Incorrect on the 2 week billing going forward... Sky bill once per once

Thank you for this. I will contact Sky as my direct debit in my banking app says, frequency fortnightly so I think an error

As a new customer and due to the fact you are billed twice 2 weeks apart in your furs month it could be related to this why it says your direct debit is fortnightly. After your first month it will be monthly so hopefully it will change to this.
