Dimenticato nome e pass

Ho dimenticato il nomeutente e la password per accedere alla pagina di Sky  Wifi.

Il suggerimento dato in rete (id: admin; pass: sky) non funziona.
Il problema è sorto quando ho avuto la sensazione che "utenti" non desiderati usino il mio Wifi e volevo controllare gl accessi; cosa che allo stato attuale non posso fare.
