Difficulty paying

I'm going through breast cancer I need some help but anyone I speak to won't help me untill 60 pound is paid off

@melanie51 Sorry to hear of your health issues. However, there's nothing we can do to help as we are customers like you on here. If you've already spoken to Sky then your only other option is to make a complaint using the Complaints option in the forum footer.

 

I wish you well. My mum was diagnosed with the same cancer last year and is now cancer free. I hope the same outcome for you.
