Detailed bill

Anyone tried to leave Sky ask for a detailed bill and get the runaround? Can't talk to anyone as account is blocked, EE require a detailed bill to settle my outstanding bill, but i can't find one anywhere. Customer services ring but they can't hear me at my end( anyone else can hear me perfectly, it's an i phone 15) 

Its feeling like a vendetta, now receiving demands for payment.

Sky won't provide a bill in any other format than the one available via your My Sky account.

You won't be able to speak to Sky until you pay what they say you owe. Their bills are detailed  - they won't provide anything customised for you, I'm afraid.
