Deliver of Sky router info

I have been contacted by DPD who will deliver my router. DPD have had difficulty finding my location. 

(removed) I had major problems with Vodafone over the delivery, who used DPD. Please pass on my mobile number to DPD. Kind regards (removed)

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

No one from Sky will contact you as a result of your post. 

Is this a replacement hub as it is usually Royal Mail who deliver new hubs not DPD?
