Delayed refund after cancellation
I am writing to request assistance with a refund on my account. I cancelled my broadband service on July 31st, and my final bill shows a credit balance of £22.02.
It has now been almost two months (over 45 days), and I have not yet received the refund. My account is still showing as active.
Could you please escalate this issue to the appropriate team so they can process the refund to my bank account?

We could usually help you via here by escalating your post to Sky about this but this is not available at present so you will have to contact them yourself so under “Need more help” if it is available should be the number to use:
