Delayed provisioning compensation

Hi,

i had delayed provisioning when my broadband was due to be activated and the webaite states compensation would be automatically paid after 30 days. This has not happened in my case please can you help.

It is usually applied as a credit to your account so have you checked it to see if it has been applied to it ?

Yes I have checked my bill and nothing on no credits or anything like that.
