My free Vue Cinema vouchers have a valid expitry date but an invalid start date

I just booked two tickets for the local Vue for a regular Thursday screening (not a premier or even screening or anything) but my Sky VIP vouchers didn't work.

When I checked them on Vue's "Check my voucher" page, I think I could see the problem. It says the issue date was 05/06/2025 and the expiry date is 31/07/2025. I know they expire at the end of the month of issue, but they were not issued on 05/06/2025 - they were in fact issued on 03/07/2025. So something has fouled up there!

FYI, I tried two different browsers, as recommended, so it's not a browser caching issue.

Tried the live chat on the Vue Cinema website. Got a message saying "Transferring to Live Agent" at 17:12 but it's now 17:43 and I haven't had any response. 

Anyone know if there's anything I can do? I paid for the booking and I don't mind that on this occasion but it would be good to maybe get some extra vouchers to make up for my loss.
