Deducting with out activation

How can you deduct money if I am only watching through my laptop and is limited to the full sky with out netflix. Also you guys deducted last month money out of my account on the wrong date. I dont have even a tv at this moment but get charge for the pug. I didnt acvivate the pug as yet

The Puck is activated automatically 14 days after delivery and you're billed from that date.

Sky won't know you don't have a working TV at the moment but even so that won't mean billing stops.

@Albert6  If you're still within the 30 day  cool off you can cancel with Sky.  You will need to call to do this.
