Debt relief order

Wonder if anyone could help..due to poor health and redundancy,I have had to get a debt relief order and the,the citizens advice who helped me and dealt with it told me I could put what I owe on my sky glass to..this I have done,how do I tell sky because I can't get in touch with them and will it affect my sky subscription..thanks

@Ian012 Whoever set up the DRO should send Sky a letter Informing then of the DRO, you don't need to.

I can't comment on whether it will affect your subscription or not.

@Ian012  As per @daveNOS  reply is is the Insolvency Service who will contact all your creditors once the DRO has been approved, have you received confirmation it's been approvided?

 

Whether Sky let you continue with your TV subscription no one here can advise on that.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
