Debit card transaction

Hi I paid half of my bill on the app was due to make the remainder on the 11 March sky has took it out with debit card details can I get refund off sky

If you have then as you have a direct debit or card payment set up you should never need to make a manual payment as you have done. What should happen is a credit should appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid and this will be used to pay your next bill so on that bill no money will be taken from your account.

 

You can also have this credit refunded if you want as we can alert Skys' messaging team to your post so let us know if you see a credit and if you would like this done.

My direct debit wasn't set up I had cancelled it due to not been able to pay full amount they knew this there was a note on my account that's why I paid half of it manually

Sky's payment systems are automated so can't take account of any notes, I'm afraid. If payment was taken to cover an outstanding bill, Sky won't refund it.
