I've been on the phone twice tonight for over a total of 80 mins trying to reduce my bill. I tried to get a lower price bb as I don't need super fast. The first man offered me a deal, sent me an email which had different prices In that which when I queried this he hung up so I phoned back apparently that deal hadn't been sorted anyway. The second man I spoke to was very unhelpful and told me basically I had wasted my time. Third man offered me another deal which on looking in the my sky app has not been honoured and I am now in the position of them taking out a new contract today for no reduction in price but has added 6 months onto the time when I can actually get away from Sky without paying £900 which I was quoted if I left.
Suggestions please. I have had enough
