Account credit

Hi hope can help me on something  I pay my 1st bill off £9.50 chrck my account  and it says my account  is now £19 credit   now I am confused  as it did say account  over die now it says that

The image you posted on here can't be shown as your credit agreement wasn't blanked out and if of next months bills so what does this months bill show ?

If you have a payment method setup then you shouldn't need to make a payment as you did which is why the payments you have made have gone through as a credit as the bill will have been paid via your payment method that is on the account.

I never set up a direct debit  it says I was psy due by £9.50 I have only just set up my account  u ect just says mynext bill is 9.50 well confused

When you placed the order you must have provided some payment details so what did you use, a credit or debit card perhaps ?

I used my bank card debit card

Confused  told me that I had payment  over die and to pay now £19 in credit
