Customer relations dreadful

Tried to make a complaint regarding a number of items, if someone could contact me asap I Would  be greatful as up to now I've tried to get someone e to contact me but no one has responded and I've only been waiting since June

Not sure what you issue is but either way as this is a customer helps customer forum if you want to speak to Sky you will need to call them yourself.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

@Jonah26 Try making the complaint using the Complaints option in the forum footer. I've used it myself in the past few weeks and got an initial response within 48 hours. In the end it wasn't until I went to CISAS for adjudication that I got the resolution I wanted but you need to give Sky the chance to sort it first.
