Customer Services

Received increase letter today of tv rang to inform sky that when I renewed my package was told its for 2 years no increases as sky no longer maintain skyHD+ and lf box broke would recive refund of credit now been told I must have got it wrong re increase but agent confirmed  no maintenance anymore he wouldn't listen to me at all and kept repeating his view now eating a call back which on past dealings won't arrivev

What you were originally told was incorrect as price do and as you have found, will rise. The rise is the price before your discount.

Contracts are rarely fixed price and are subject to annual upgrades.  (Regardless of the hardware)

 

Submit a subject access request for the call recording...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Was told that  no increase as I pay With no discount only agreed as no increase seems might as well cancel as catch up hit and miss

Being 'out of contract' doesn't make you immune to increases as it's the list price that changes.  But if you are not subject to a minimum term then you can give 31 days notice to cancel.

My contract before was due 2 end October last only agreed as was given new set contract until today would have said sky customer service was OK bit now rate then as useless
