Credits offered but not honoured

Since I've had issues with remote control not working on Sky Stream, then offered £15 credit on next bill

No access to Duscoveryplus £10 credit offered

No no access to Paramount + £8 credit offered

so a total of £33 should come to me 

How do I make them honour it?

Need advice

Do you see these credits on your next or future bills, if not you will have to speak to Sky again to see what they say.

Hi @Frankie58   I would open a formal complaint quoting the date and time of the call. Complaints.

It was a success! Had £8 credit on my next bill and just waiting for £25 to go into my bank account.
