Credit

I have recieved an email saying I have credit remaining with sky. I have rang the number stated on the letter but it asks for an account number and I can't find that anywhere? 
please advise?

@SKYIU11A If you can access the My Sky app with your log in details you'll find it in there. Click the person icon in the top left.

I have looked on everything on the Sky app but can't find it only the ID and that doesn't work when ringing

On the app there is a little person type icon at the top left of the page on the main homescreen when it loads up, so select that then you should see your account number.

It only comes up with my name and email address - can't find account number

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
