My sky engineer was not able to make my appointment so Sky called me saying they will give me £25 and I thought it would be sky store credit but I haven't got it, will it be £25 in my bank?

It will probably be £25 that will be applied to your account so will be used to help pay a future bill. Credit of this nature can not be refunded to you. You should see if and when it is applied by looking at your bill either via the MySky app or online here:
