Credit
Hi, I've recently taken out sky glass and had new broadband installed, I've got a £78 credit on my account but despite 7 conversations I can't get this refunded, it's my money that I want back into my bank not to sit as a credit, the last person I spoke to told me I had to get my bank to call them to authorise this, HSBC are not going to call sky it's a ridiculous thing to suggest! I should need to make this amount of calls to get a sensible answer, had I known the customer service was this bad I'd of just cancelled! Anybody able to help me?

Hi, it was an overpayment from my last bill on Sky Q prior to taking out sky glass

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
