hello, iv left sky and iv got credit how do i sort it?

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

Havent got anything should be on the 28th each month just like the rest of them haven't got anything just got same from June 27 until 27th July no bill even tho they should be one
